Our Process At the onset of a new project, we analyze the various project objectives before us. Armed with this information, we script and develop a custom project management portal. This portal system serves as the blueprint for project construction and it will be referenced and updated throughout the production cycle. Key among its contents are the major milestones a given project will entail. Each milestone includes an objective, detailing the goal of that production phase. Milestones are also accompanied by methodology. This summarizes how we will tackle the goal for that milestone.
In producing documentation as described above, our clientele are very well oriented. At any given time, a client may discern the following information pertaining to their project:
- What phase of production are we actively addressing.
- What objectives lie ahead prior to project completion.
